Shipping

We currently offer either UPS, Fedex or DHL delivery. Please see the below table for estimated delivery times and and available carriers. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 1500 €.

 

We ship globally from our warehouse in Denmark with DHL/FedEx or UPS shipping carriers. Orders shipped international are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties are accounted for by Cecilie Bahnsen. This policy is effective from January 3rd, 2024, 15 pm CEST.

If you live in Copenhagen, and would prefer to get your order delivered by bike messenger please e-mail customer-care@ceciliebahnsen.com to schedule your delivery.

 

Orders submitted Monday to Friday before 2pm Central European Standard Time, excluding public holidays, will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following business day.
