Predefined Amounts
Our E-Gift Cards are available in three predefined amounts, offering simplicity and convenience.
Delivery
The E-Gift Card is delivered digitally via email, including a unique voucher code.
Currency and Validity
- Gift cards can only be redeemed in the country of purchase.
- The E-Gift Card remains valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Balance Inquiry
To check the balance on your E-Gift Card, please contact our Customer Care team at customer-care@ceciliebahnsen.com
Redemption and Flexibility
If the purchase exceeds the card’s value, the recipient can simply pay the difference at checkout.
The E-Gift Card is a final sale item and is non-reloadable and non-refundable.
Gift cards are not eligible for discount. Promotional offers may not apply to purchases made with a gift card.
Usage Restrictions
- The E-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
