PR INTERN

Cecilie Bahnsen is looking for a PR intern to join our team in Copenhagen, starting as soon as possible. Duration of internship: 4-6 months.


Your tasks will include but not be limited to

Assisting with sample send outs for global editorial shoots and VIP loans, whilst learning the use of Launchmetrics as a key PR tool
Assisting with gifting for key launches, which will involve researching for new talent and the distribution of gifting units
Assisting with weekly press clippings and reports, including monitoring print and digital media outlets alongside social platforms
Assisting in planning and executing Paris Fashion Week and other brand events
Conducting research work to support the PR workflow including managing cultural calendars such as awards season
Showroom organisation and assisting with fittings

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
Competency using Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Willingness to work independently whilst supporting the wider team in a collaborative environment
Time management and organisational skills as well as attention to detail are central to this role
Strong interest in luxury fashion, with a particular interest in magazines / publications
Interest and knowledge of social media and the talent landscape
Thrives in a fast paced environment with a calm and flexible approach
Available to work three days a week from our Copenhagen office
