E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
Cecilie Bahnsen is looking for an e-commerce specialist to join our team in Copenhagen, starting in Q1 2025.
Cecilie Bahnsen is on an ambitious growth journey within the global luxury industry and e-commerce will play a vital part in spurring that growth. We have four overall objectives for our e-commerce practice:
- Drive traffic to ceciliebahnsen.com through digital marketing efforts
- Optimise conversion on ceciliebahnsen.com
- Improve user experience on ceciliebahnsen.com
- Develop aggregated data tracking
We are looking for a talented, ambitious and analytical candidate. The role will be reporting to our Head of E-commerce.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Website Management
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic, acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing, and reporting
- Manage website on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the site reflects the marketing and brand calendar, campaigns, and merchandising of products accordingly to drive sales
- Track and meet monthly sales targets
- Secure timely execution of all commercial launches, promotions, projects, and initiatives
- Stay on top of current industry trends and technological developments to identify opportunities for performance improvement
Aggregated data tracking
- Build aggregated data tracking
- Analyse weekly performance and user behavior
- Leverage data analytics to understand growth opportunities related to collections, merchandising, assortment, and user experience
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic and sales funnels to identify conversion bottlenecks
- Conduct regular site audits to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
- Generate reports on sales, customer trends, and other relevant metrics to make data-driven recommendations to secure improvements
Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage newsletters to drive customer engagement and traffic
- Partner with creative teams to create product launches, email campaigns, and paid ads
- Lead the coordination between Cecilie Bahnsen and our digital marketing agency ensuring seamless campaigns
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing DTC e-commerce platform preferably with a background in the luxury industry
- Experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to analyse sales data, user behavior, and conversion metrics with the ability to apply insights to daily tasks
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering a top-tier online shopping experience
- Effective team player
- Knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to translate Cecilie Bahnsen's brand aesthetics into visuals used throughout the website
