Returns
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your order within 30 days* from the day you received the item. Please note items are only eligible for return if unworn, with the price tag and original condition.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN

An email with directions will be send after creating a return. Please make sure to check your junk folder.
Follow below steps to finalise your return.
DENMARK:
- Pack your return item(s) using the packaging provided. Shoes must be returned in their original box, inside another solid carton box.
- If you are returning all the items you ordered, please also return the white Cecilie Bahnsen collector's box.
- Attach one pre-paid label securely to the box, ensuring the previous delivery label is covered.
- Go to your nearest GLS drop off location and hand in the package. See nearest location below.
Important: Remember to include the delivery note that came with the package when you received it.
EUROPE:
- Pack your return item(s) using the original packaging provided. Shoes must be returned in their original box, inside another solid carton box.
- If you are returning all the items you ordered, please also return the white Cecilie Bahnsen collector's box.
- Attach one pre-paid label securely to the box, ensuring the previous delivery label is covered.
- Go to your nearest DHL drop-off location and hand in the package, or contact your local DHL office to arrange a pick-up. See nearest location below.

INTERNATIONAL:
- Pack your return item(s) using the original packaging provided. Shoes must be returned in their original box, inside another solid carton box.
- If you are returning all the items you ordered, please also return the white Cecilie Bahnsen collector's box.

- Attach one pre-paid label securely to the box, ensuring the previous delivery label is covered.
- Go to your nearest DHL drop-off location and hand in the package, or contact your local DHL office to arrange a collection. See nearest location below.
- Please leave your package open so it can be presented to the driver for checking along with your customer invoice if shipping international. Once checked, please make sure you seal the package securely.
Important: Please note that returns outside of EU require a commercial invoice. Our team is currently preparing this document for you, and you will receive your invoice within 72 hours from your return has been initiated. The package cannot be shipped without a commercial invoice.
Our office opening hours are weekdays from 9:00-17:00 CET, and the invoice will be made during the opening hours.
We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it. We will charge €25 per returned order.

REFUND
To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is the earlier.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.
EXCHANGES
If you have requested an exchange, it will be processed and dispatched promptly upon receipt of your returned order. We will provide you with an update and a tracking number as soon as the exchange has been shipped. Please note that we may choose to cancel the exchange if the item is not available. In that case, the return will be handled as a normal refund.
All Made-to-order, special orders, custom orders and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellations, returns, refund or exchange.
*Please note all Asics returns from NYC pop-up are not covered by Ceciliebahnsen.com. All returns need to be shipped at your own cost. Package the order securely and lightly using a tracked service with your local post office, original packaging is not required. For international orders, custom duty charges may be applied and are not covered by Ceciliebahsen.com.
