Shipping

We currently offer delivery via GLS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express. Please see the table below for estimated delivery times and available carriers. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over €1500.

We ship globally from our warehouse in Denmark. All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are covered by Cecilie Bahnsen. This policy has been in effect since January 3rd, 2024, at 3:00 PM CEST.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM CET, excluding public holidays, are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be sent the following business day.

Shipments to the United States – Taxes, Duties, and Customs Clearance

We offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the United States. This means that all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are covered by Cecilie Bahnsen, including the recently increased U.S. import tariffs on apparel and textiles. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

Please note that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may require additional documentation to clear international shipments. This is standard procedure and may apply in particular to higher-value goods, items made from specific textiles, or shipments flagged for further verification. In such cases, you may be contacted by the courier or CBP to provide supporting information, such as a Social Security Number (SSN), Employer Identification Number (EIN), or declaration of intended use.

These requests are part of regular customs processes and do not reflect an issue with your order.
