Are you ready to join us on an exciting growth journey in an international environment? Cecilie Bahnsen is looking for a Finance Assistant to support the development of our finance team. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about providing the best service to colleagues, customers, and suppliers—and who brings a proactive and positive approach to their work. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity with strong potential for both professional and personal growth. You will be part of a dedicated finance team and report directly to the Finance Manager. As we strengthen our financial operations, you will have the chance to help shape your responsibilities and contribute to the team’s continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Accounts Receivable management

 Payroll (salary bookings)

 Bookkeeping and invoice/document registration

 Assisting with bank reconciliations

 Supporting month-end processes

 Assisting with the annual audit and related tasks

 Managing internal and external communication for the finance team

 Booking travel expenses

 Ad hoc tasks as needed

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 A relevant degree and 2–3 years of professional experience

 Comfortable with debits/credits and a strong grasp of accounting principles

 Experience with ERP systems (e.g., BC 365 or E-conomic is an advantage)

 Daily user of Excel

 Proficient in written and spoken Danish and English

 Service-minded and a strong team player

 Able to work independently and in a structured way

 Skilled at meeting deadlines and managing your own workflow

 Curious and motivated to improve tasks and processes
