Crafted from blossom matelassé, the Selena top is structured around a simple bandeau bodice with a high, full peplum and an open back. Fine shoulder straps match the trio of delicate fabric ties that fasten across the back with signature Cecilie Bahnsen bows.

    Bespoke textiles dreamt up exclusively for Cecilie Bahnsen’s universe. As the starting point for each collection, conceptual motifs are translated into unique textures and fabrics, engineered with couture sensibilities. An expression of the brand’s commitment to luxury that begins in development and blooms into powerful silhouettes.

    With responsibility in mind, Cecilie Bahnsen’s team aims to continuously seek solutions to source fabrics with a reduced environmental impact. To date, we are proud to have exchanged a number of our fabrics to certified fabrics such as Organic Cotton, Recycled Faille and Recycled Cashmere and to have partnered with Nona Source to upcycle exceptional fabrics and reduce waste.

    Inspired by staple garments always at the front of Cecilie’s own wardrobe and a desire for permanence to ground her expanding universe. Sculptural and simple, basics seen through a romantic lens. 
     
    The brand’s essence is encapsulated in a curated edit of indispensable pieces, produced only in timeless black and white. Each piece of the collection is created with the intention to cherish and pass on. The collection is available to purchase year round.
