By creating an account and becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Cecilie Bahnsen Account and Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

Cecilie Bahnsen will provide membership services and benefits as described in these Terms.

Membership is completely voluntary and is not required in order to purchase Cecilie Bahnsen products. You may terminate your membership at any time. Membership is free of charge.

When shopping in a Cecilie Bahnsen boutique or on ceciliebahnsen.com, eligible purchases may be registered to the email address associated with your Cecilie Bahnsen account.

The Cecilie Bahnsen Loyalty Programme reflects the evolving relationship between the brand and its community.

Through your account, your membership may progress over time, offering access to moments within the Cecilie Bahnsen universe such as early invitations to collections, curated communications, personalized guidance and community experiences.

Membership tiers include:

– Signature

– Curated

– Atelier

– Cherished

Your membership tier is determined by the confirmed value of purchases made through your Cecilie Bahnsen account. This value contributes to your membership on a lifetime basis, allowing your relationship with the brand to develop gradually over time.

Only eligible purchases count toward membership progression. Purchases that are cancelled, returned or refunded will not contribute to your membership.

Once your confirmed purchases reach the threshold for a higher tier, your membership level will be updated automatically. Please note that updates may take up to 30 days to appear, as purchases are confirmed following delivery and any potential returns.

All spending is calculated in EUR. Purchases made in other currencies will be converted into EUR using an exchange rate determined by Cecilie Bahnsen. One EUR spent equals one point. Points accumulated through eligible purchases contribute to your membership on a lifetime basis and do not expire. Points related to cancelled, returned or refunded purchases will not be counted toward your membership.

Depending on your membership tier, you may receive access to experiences and services such as:

– Early access to collections and selected launches

– Invitations to community moments and events

– Personalized styling guidance

– Exclusive content and curated communications
 
– Virtual or in-person appointments

As your relationship with Cecilie Bahnsen evolves, additional services and access may become available.

Cecilie Bahnsen reserves the right to modify the programme structure, eligibility criteria and services available within each membership tier at any time.

Members may choose their communication preferences within their account settings.

If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, Cecilie Bahnsen may send newsletters, invitations and curated updates related to the brand, collections and community.

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by

Your personal data is processed in order to administer your account, provide the services included in the loyalty programme, and improve your experience with Cecilie Bahnsen.
